Erin is the Director of Operations for Pisces Foundation. She leads all aspects of the Foundation’s operations, including finance, grants management, legal matters, human resources, knowledge management and governance.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Erin served as Operations Director for Wildcard Giving, a family philanthropy based in Palo Alto. In that role she led all operations for multiple entities, including a private foundation (Sunlight Giving), two donor-advised funds (Solidarity Giving and Acton Family Giving), and a film production arm (Good Gravy Films). She also led a variety of initiatives to advance trust-based approaches to philanthropy.

Earlier in her career, Erin worked as a lawyer for youth in the foster care and juvenile justice systems. She later served in management roles for several nonprofits that support children and families and co-founded a nonprofit consulting group that advised numerous public charities and private foundations on strategy and operations.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Yale Law School. She has also completed the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Erin’s favorite pastime is exploring the coast, mountains, and deserts of California with her family and friends.
